Shipping/Returns

Shipping:

Shipping is free for all US orders including APO's. Our regular US orders are shipped through USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number once the order has been processed.

UPS next day shipping:

We are temporarily not offering overnight shipments. Overnight shipments have proven to be unreliable due to the pandemic. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm Pacific time for us to process it the same day. All express orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the following business day.

Returns:

If you need to return or exchange your item(s), send them with a note stating the order number and what you want done. Item(s) have to be in new condition, unwashed, have tags in place, and be within 30 days of order. We will inspect the garment(s) to see if the return qualifies. If it meets the criteria, we will do as the note states. If it does not meet these criteria, the garment will be returned to the customer.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when sending the item to us. In case of an exchange, we will pay for the shipping back to you. If you need to exchange the item a second time, email us and we'll send you a return label so you don't have to pay to return them again.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We are not responsible for items that aren't delivered to us. 

International Customers:

We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Shipping cost is quoted at checkout but it does not include duties, taxes, and any customs fees which are your responsibility. Note that USPS First Class Mail isn't trackable and isn't insured. If the package gets lost in transit, we will not be responsible. 

International customers: We do not pay for return shipment. If you need an exchange, it's easiest to send the current item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds:
If the garment qualifies, we will send you a confirmation email and your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 5 days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two weeks for the money to be credited to your account.

If you don't receive our money within two weeks after you get the refund notification, contact your bank.
